Every converter on BankFilePro lets you preview 100% of your parsed statement and download the first 10 real transactions for free. We strongly encourage testing the free 10-row file in your exact QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop version before purchasing a Pro Monthly Pass.
2. Anytime One-Click Cancellation
Need BankFilePro only for a one-time year-end catch-up or tax season? You can cancel your $9/month subscription at any time with one click using the customer portal link in your receipt email, or by emailing us. Once cancelled, you will never be billed again, and your license remains active through the end of the paid billing month.
3. 14-Day Satisfaction Refund Guarantee
If a converted file cannot be imported into your QuickBooks edition and our support team cannot resolve the formatting issue for you, email support@bankfilepro.com within 14 days of your charge with your receipt email or order ID for a full, prompt 100% refund—no hoops or restocking fees.
